NEW ADDITIONS & NEW ADDICTIONS.

I would like to introduce you to the newest member of our little family, Pippin. She's a tiny little British Blue Cross who loves food even more than her mother. She's going to be quite a fat cat I can already tell, but like a sausage dog, low and round.

In other news, we have moved house yet again. It brings our grand total up to five houses in less than two years. Some might say we like it. I think I'm a little addicted. I love setting up a new house and making it my own. And this house has a wonderfully big kitchen (for me), a tiny little garden shed (for my boyfriend) and a lot of grass and trees and nooks and crannies (for little pip).

Another addiction that has not been fed lately is my penchant for scrambled eggs. I've been keeping a little photo diary of all the places I go with memorable scrambles. Below is the standout so far, from my (old) local cafe, Jam Jar

They were amazing, and the fact that they were covered in little blue borage made them all the more appealing. I'm yet to master the perfect scrambled egg at home, even with Julia's help. I've come to the conclusion that it's all in the pan. Next up I'm going to attempt to get to Ethos early enough in the morning to try theirs.

Plaguing me lately is the fact that I am not yet a proud owner of an Equipment silk blouse. After taking months to decide that I want the nice crisp 'Brett', I'm still yet to seal the deal. Though I did manage to pick up a gorgeous white blouse from the Vintage Market a few weeks back, but more on that another time.
